When you join the Get Running LLC coaching program, you get the chance to choose the level of coaching that fits your needs. Every athlete is different, some require more attention than others, so we offer a few options for you to choose from. Our plans provide some of the training secrets that we have learned during our successful running careers and are based off multiple training philosophies and personal experience.

Our training plans range from the mile to the marathon and all distances in between. Every athlete of every level has the opportunity to improve and reach their goals with the right guidance and motivation. We want to be there for you during this process.

To begin, you will need to decide if you prefer a training plan only, or a training plan with coaching:


Training Plan Only:

1. Personalized training plan based on your running history, goals, and work/life schedule
2. Training Plans will be uploaded via Final Surge Online Training Log/APP
3. 1 Pair of “INSPIRED” NSG Lacelockers
4. Discounts on Nutrition, Dr. Ron’s Supplements, and LaceLocker products

This program is set up for the independent athlete who wants an individualized training plan but does not require one-on-one communications. 


Training Plan Plus Coaching:

1. Personalized training plan based on your running history, goals, and work/life schedule
2. Training Plans will be uploaded via Final Surge Online Training Log/APP
3. 1 Pair of “INSPIRED” NSG Lacelockers
4. Discounts on Nutrition, Dr. Ron’s Supplements, and LaceLocker products
5. Coach/Athlete interaction via email or text messaging
6. Schedule adjustments on a weekly basis, if needed
7. Weekly phone consultations with coach, if needed
8. Diet Suggestions
9. Race Planning
10. Cross Training guidance
11. Strength Training guidance

This program is designed for the athlete that prefers a more personal coach/athlete relationship and comes with communication options. Also, this plan provides guidance on all aspects of being an athlete including diet, cross training, racing, and strength training.


Upon your completion of the outreach email, we will email you directly to set up a phone consultation. We will discuss what your goals are, how we can help you reach them, and the length of time you wish to attain service and we will workout a payment plan based on your needs.

**For our Athletes' security and protection we accept payments via PayPal. It is easy to setup and it gives you the option to pay via Credit Card or your Bank Account following a simple registration process. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately and we will do everything that we can to get the situation resolved.
